- Camera & Images: Used to capture "Attendance Selfies" and "Expense Receipts" to prevent proxy attendance and verify business expenditures.
- Device Information: We collect Device ID and Model to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.
3.3 Automated Data Collection
- Usage patterns and application interaction logs.
- System performance and crash reports for app stability.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
Collected data is used strictly for:
- Attendance Management: Verifying site presence during office hours.
- Field Operations: Real-time coordination and project management.
- Expense Reimbursement: Processing claims backed by image proof.
